Thunderclaw  – Thundercats.

Thunderclaw:

The ThunderCats’ answer to the Mutants’ SkyCutter, the ThunderClaw was built by Panthro to aid in travelling and protecting the ThunderCats’ friends and allies on Third Earth. It’s a small, maneuverable, single-pilot aerial vehicle.

The vehicle is one of a pair of such vehicles designed and built by Panthro; the second being the HoverCat.
